I Received Disability And Have Not Received A W2, Why Do W2's That Only List Non-taxable Income Need To Be Used When Filing Tax Returns?

Do W2's that only list non-taxable income need to be used when filing tax returns? - i received disability and have not received a w2, why

My wife received a W2 from your insurance company, your disability pension during maternity leave. She paid 100% of the disability premium (up to now has been paid by his employer). Nothing in Table 1, salaries, tips and other comp. The only things that are marked on the W2 in box are 13 "third party sick pay" and 12J Table $ 3360 to non-taxable income. I tried to have the W2, but because it shows 0 in box 1 no longer allows me to electronically submit. I use the W2 and take the template?

If necessary, remove the W-2.
