Can I have a Jetted Bath Tub with a Shower Head? - oval shower ring
With a view to a bathroom is very small, currently a small sink, toilet, bath renovation (no shower) and a radiator. I have a hot bath, but there is room for a separate shower. Is it possible, or to a hot bath in a normal (not an oval tub rectangle have) and still have a shower? That may be a stupid question, but online research, it seems that no one is doing.

No, I have a triangle bathtub, but a separate shower. You can redo the bathroom and add a shower with the floor of the shower is a hot bath. You only have to protect your walls above the bathtub.
